If you created an account with PeakNet (including via our website or mobile apps), you may request that we delete your account and associated personal information, subject to legal and billing record retention requirements.

How to request deletion

Email us from the address registered on your account and include the words Account deletion in the subject line. We use this to verify the request.

What we will do

  • Confirm your identity (we may ask for information matching your account).
  • Delete or de-identify your account and personal data where the law allows.
  • Retain certain records only where required for tax, fraud prevention, or telecommunications law, and only for as long as required.

Timing

We aim to respond within 30 days. Complex requests may take longer; we will let you know if that applies.
